WHO IS USING THE PROGRAM?
Thousands of employers have discovered and implemented our recommended program to the extent that over 4 million program members currently have access and are using the benefits with tracked and measured positive results. Employer groups using our recommended structure include large and small private employers, including national sports organizations, public-sector organizations, national associations, healthcare organizations, educational systems, and multi-state workforce groups.
The program model has been implemented across a broad range of employer environments that constitute over 5 million employee members participating currently. This large membership base has produced significant data that shows specific, measured positive results for both the employees and employers. See the Benefits page for some of the data.
One recent example of endorsement is the New Mexico Coalition of Educational Leaders (NMCEL), a statewide association representing school administrators and educational leadership organizations throughout New Mexico.
In March 2026, NMCEL introduced our provider as one of its newest Platinum Partners and described the program as follows:
“Specializes in providing employers with immediate FICA tax savings through a supplemental wellness program designed to complement, not replace, existing benefits, yielding benefits cost reduction to employees, which produces an increase in employee take-home pay and FICA tax savings for the employer.”
